Have you ever had a feeling of joy and satisfaction combined with pride in your long-cherished achievements? If not, we can try to describe this feeling. The reason of our elevated spirit is the launch of our latest project. It is the vacation rental website nyhabitat.com.

The company dealing with providing apartments in New York was established in 1989. In 1996 its French subsidiary company was opened to provide apartments in Paris. The next stages of its development date back to 2001 (covering the South of France) and 2002 when another subsidiary company appeared in London.

The company management aims at providing more personal accommodations for travelers as compared with hotel rooms. New York Habitat is a full service real estate agency that now serves a vast international clientele.
To work with this company was both a challenging and responsible task. What Plumrocket Inc. began to work with was a bit out-dated website of the company. Our primary aim was to modernize it making it look fresh and appealing to new visitors looking for vacation apartments.
That’s why we began with new website design and general layout with smart and intuitive navigation. A database of 12 000 apartments had to be easy to work with for clients. Another challenge was to create a convenient accommodations management system for owners. The experts at Plumrocket Inc. developed appropriate interface and AJAX scripts to facilitate the work of company workers too.

All in all, the project involved three teams of web developers from different companies and up to 50 testing stages. We also carried out a profound SEO campaign in cooperation with top SEO Company in US to increase the website ranking.As a result we got a stunning website, created following current trends of web design and development.
